The finned tubular heater is made of high-quality stainless steel, modified protactinium oxide powder, high resistance electric heating alloy wire, stainless steel heat sink and other materials. It is manufactured through advanced production equipment and processes, and undergoes strict quality management. This series of products can be installed in blowing ducts or other static and flowing air heating occasions.

Material Selection of Finned Tube

(1) iron pipe
Common material, low price and easy to rust, is used in places with high wear and tear and no special requirements.

(2) 201 stainless steel
Low price and quality of conventional materials are better than iron pipes. They are suitable for most working environments with temperatures less than 300 degrees C.

(3) 304 stainless steel
Conventional materials with moderate price and better quality than 201 can be used in mildly corrosive environment.It can withstand 450 degrees C.

(4) 316 stainless steel
High quality material quality is better than 304. It can be widely used in corrosive environment with high performance-price ratio.

(5) 2520 stainless steel

Application

Install

1. When using, the terminal should be kept clean and dry, otherwise the insulation will be reduced and the short circuit will break down. Magnesium oxide is filled in the inner gap of the electric heating pipe. Magnesium oxide at the outlet of the electric heating pipe is easily contaminated by impurities and moisture. Therefore, attention should be paid to the state of the outlet of the electric heating pipe during operation to avoid leakage accident.
2. Voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage indicated on various electric heat pipes.
3. When the electric heat pipe is used for air heating, attention should be paid to the uniform arrangement of the electric heat pipe. The advantage of this is to ensure that the electric heat pipe has sufficient and uniform heat dissipation space, and to ensure the fluidity of air as far as possible, so as to improve the heating efficiency of the electric heat pipe.
