Manufacturing Process

Aluminium casting heater production process: First, nickel-chromium electric heating wire is wound into shape and inserted into a magnesium oxide insulating tube. Then, it is placed in a mould according to the design layout, and molten aluminium alloy (such as ADC12) is injected to form the casting. After cooling, it is removed from the mould, machined to refine the shape, and finally welded with electrodes and tested for insulation and power performance. The core of the process is to ensure that the electric heating elements are firmly embedded and heat is conducted evenly.
