Brass hot runner coil heater with high thermal conductivity is mainly used in general plastic injection molding scenarios, such as PE, PP, PS and other materials, packaging containers, electronic component housings, toy parts production. It is suitable for small hot runner nozzles and multi-cavity molds, especially for rapid temperature rise, which can reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency. Commonly used in non-corrosive environments, such as molding of common plastic materials, but not for high temperature polymers or corrosive melts containing fiberglass/flame retardants.
